At 7pm on the 4^th  Thursday evening of the month the Galilee is transformed into St. Catharine’s Picture Palace

A small but dedicated group of film buffs get together to exchange views on the day’s news, while fortifying themselves with assorted pizzas and ale, before settling down to the main business of the evening “Men’s Film Night.”

We have followed the adventures of an ugly green giant who sets out to rescue a princess and falls in love with her. Further a field a spacecraft took us on the Odyssey of 2001, and we hovered between this world and the next with a pilot of the Second World War.

New faces are always welcome, regular or occasional. We make a small contribution to expenses and briefly share thoughts provoked by the entertainment before we close.
