experience God’s love and respond

NRG, for 14 to 18 year olds, is still meeting every Sunday evening from 7.30 - 9.00 during term time.  We try to have a mix of social and more 'holy' sessions, although we tend to bias towards the social as most of the group regularly engage with the 11.15 service.

This term we have already planned and led 'Refresh', had a craft night, a great bible study evening and set off loads of fireworks.  Still to come is an evening of bible stories through drama (eek), NRG does 'Ready Steady Cook', singing carols at an old peoples home followed by a Christmas party and some other stuff!  The group are dead keen on 'The Resolution 2010' and this will be great event for them to invite their friends to.

The group is small in number (5 regulars) but big on aspiration and events like 'The Resolution 2010' may bring others in.  Tim and I manage to lead (or not!) but as this is Tim's last year at Redcliffe College, beyond next summer is less certain but we trust God will provide.
