Prayer

At St Catharine's we believe in a living God who is as interested in us as individuals as he is with the whole of his creation. One of the ways we can communicate and engage with God is through prayer either as individuals or with others. Prayer Ministry is an opportunity for anyone to offer and receive prayer. It is one of the ways we respond to our call to pray to the Father in the name of the Son through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We offer Prayer Ministry during or after our main services and we have simple model for praying with and for others. We are happy to pray about anything from the seemingly trivial to the serious stuff in our lives. Our ministry is confidential and gentle and is not about what we do but instead about us coming alongside and praying with others and letting God minister by his Spirit.
