Life Events.
Life is marked by significant moments,
we’d love to be a part of yours.
Baptisms.
Baptism (also known as Christenings) mark the beginning of a journey with God which continues for the rest of our lives. It is a wonderful occasion for children with their parents and godparents, and adults who have become Christians to rejoice in their discovery of God’s love for them, as they make serious promises and declare their faith. They also thank God for his gift of new life as they make a decision to start on the journey of faith as well as ask for the Church's support.
Weddings.
A wedding is one of life's great moments, a time of solemn commitment as well as joy, celebrations and asking for God’s blessing. For Christians, marriage is a sign of God’s love for God’s people - a public and life-long covenant (promise).
If you would like to get married at St. Catharine’s, please get in touch below.
Funerals.
St Catharine's church welcomes family and friends as they come together to express their grief and give thanks for the life of a loved one. If you are needing to arrange a funeral, please follow the link below to speak to the Diocese of Gloucester funerals team.
